Earlier this week I switched my phone service from AT&T (the U-verse package) to Vonage. So now I still have AT&T U-verse minus the phone service. Anyway, I installed the vonage phone adapter and made the necessary connections. The internet and phone work fine, but now when I use my TV it freezes after 10 seconds on a channel and does not get corrected unless I change the channel. If I disconnect the Vonage adapter and go back to the old setup, everything works perfectly again.
My question is, does anyone have Vonage phone service along with AT&T U-verse that has heard or experienced a problem like this and know how to correct it?

i am an installer for AT&T U-Verse. Sounds like the issue you are experiencing is router behind router issues. Usually when we initially do an install and hook the RG up to a Vonage box, it automatically pops up router behind router. there is a fix for it. Try unplugging the RG and the Vonage box. Then plug the vonage box in and then plug in the RG. Or you can call our tech support. Good luck.
